The MAIN controller is implemented in one Altera Stratix device. The controller is equal for the three channels. It is provide interconnections "bridge" between Input Buffer, Memory, USB Interface and Local Bus. NEXT HERE

The MERGER controller is implemented in one Altera Stratix device. It is collect one third from every input data channel, merge the information and sends to S-Link64 interface on the rear. It has associated Memory, USB interface and Local Bus interface. NEXT HERE
